The scenic Edsviken bay is one of Stockholm's most beautiful places. Enjoy the picturesque surroundings while you exercise.
The route starts at Grönlandsparken, at the corner of Kistagången/Grönlandsgatan.
Take Kistagången straight forward for 500 meters. Go under the tunnel and follow the road left. Keep following the road, pass Helenelunds Station and then Stupvägen straight forward. Almost at the end of the road take left and go for the tunnel under Sollentunavägen. Take right and then follow the road for 200 meters and then follow the road left. After 200 meters turn left and then directly right. After 150 meters turn right and then hold left. Keep on for 200 meters and then take left. Keep forward until you reach the "electric light" exercise track.
Round the 1,3 km long exercise track. Follow the track.
When you've finished the track take the same way back to the starting point at Grönlandsparken.
Note that some parts of this route lacks light so daytime is recommended.
